The West Alameda Business Association (WABA) invites pets, families, and neighbors to join us for a spooktacular first-ever Howl-O-Ween on Webster: Pet Costume Contest & Kids Trick-or-Treating!

This festive afternoon will feature:

👻 A colorful pet parade and costume contest

🍬 Trick-or-treating for kids along Webster Street

🐶 Local pet businesses and adoption spotlights

📸 Portraits, prizes, and plenty of fun for the whole family

We’re also proud to partner with Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS), who will showcase adoptable pets dressed in their Halloween best.

Event Schedule

4:00–4:30 PM Registration

4:30–5:00 PM Costume Contest Judging & Runway

5:00–5:30 PM Pet Parade and Trick or Treating down to Diggity Dog

5:30–5:50 PM Awards, prizes & snacks at Diggity Dog

5:50–6:10 PM Partner & FAAS spotlight + final photos
