Once a simple parking lot, Webster Street Park is now a vibrant gathering place for art, music, and community. Inspired by the spirit and resilience of our community, the park aims to bring people together and celebrate the creative heart of West Alameda.

You Provide
Event concept + marketing plan
Event marketing materials
Insurance naming WABA ($1M coverage)
Set-up, operation, and clean-up
Waste removal and recycling
Compliance with sound limits (no amplified sound past 9 PM)
WABA as Sponsor
All approved events are co-sponsored by the West Alameda Business Association and must include the WABA logo on promotional materials, including:
Flyers & posters
Social media graphics
Event websites & landing pages
Signage, programs, and banners
Logos will be provided upon acceptance.

Health Permits & Food Service

If serving alcohol, you must secure a Temporary Event Permit from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC). Provide copies to WABA prior to the event.

Food vendors must comply with Alameda County Environmental Health regulations. Provide copies of approved permits to WABA before the event.
